Twitter AI Automation

How the Bot Works

Quick overview of how it works and some common errors.

Algorithm

The bot automatically searches for tweets based on the configuration criteria you've set up. Once the tweets are fetched, they are evaluated against the Tweet Rules you've added — such as Minimum Replies, Minimum Bookmarks, Minimum Quotes, Minimum Views, Minimum Retweets, and more.

You can also control how many tweets the bot fetches and evaluates using Fetch Pages Count and Tweet Selection Count, as well as choose how tweets are prioritized with Sort Tweets By.

If a tweet meets all of your configured criteria, the bot will automatically add a reply to it — helping you engage with the most relevant and valuable tweets.

Most Common Problem: "Why I'm Not Seeing Any Replies?"

Sometimes, the Tweet Rules you've configured are too strict, meaning the bot can't find enough tweets that satisfy all the conditions you've set.

For example, if you've set Minimum Views to 1,000 or Minimum Replies to 100, there may not be many tweets that meet those thresholds. As a result, the bot won't be able to reply to enough tweets.

If the bot attempts to send 100 replies (based on your configured tweet frequency) but can only post fewer than 60, you'll receive a notification.

NB! This doesn't mean something is broken — it simply means your filters are too narrow for the bot to find enough suitable tweets.

We measure your bot's reply success rate every day. If your previous day's reply success rate drops below 60%, you'll see a notification appear at the bottom right of the screen. This message will continue to appear whenever you navigate within the AI Twitter pages of the panel, prompting you to review and adjust your bot configuration.

Even after modifying your configuration settings, you may continue to see this notification for the rest of the day, as it's based on yesterday's performance data. The notification will automatically disappear the following day once your bot's success rate rises above 60% for the previous day.

What Can You Do?

Don't worry — your Reply usage is not affected. This just means the bot isn't replying because it can't find matching tweets. The number of available replies in your plan will stay the same.

To fix this, you can loosen your Tweet Rules on the configuration page. Try adjusting some of the following:

  • Lower the Minimum Views (e.g., from 1,000 to 100).
  • Reduce the Minimum Replies (e.g., from 100 to 10).
  • Decrease Minimum Retweets, Minimum Quotes, or Minimum Bookmarks.
  • Increase Fetch Pages Count or Tweet Selection Count to let the bot scan more tweets.
  • Try changing Sort Tweets By to a different option for broader results.

Making your criteria less restrictive will allow the bot to find and reply to more tweets — improving your overall success rate and keeping your automation running smoothly.
